Shooting during a rally!
This year, elections will be held in the United States. Politicians are busy with rallies, talking to people about why they should be elected and what changes they want to make.
Former US President Donald Trump was recently speaking at a rally in the USA. Everything seemed fine at first, but then something bad happened.
A gunman fired shots at Trump. He touched his face and hid. Secret Service agents quickly surrounded him. The bullet injured his ear.
He was rescued and taken away from the venue while Secret Service agents shot the gunman down. Even though Trump survived, one person at the rally died, and two others were seriously hurt.

The FBI is looking into the shooting and the shooter. They're also checking if anyone else was involved and the reason behind the assassination attempt.

We should also remember this. It's okay to disagree with others, but we should never use violence.
Hurting others only makes things worse. Instead, we can talk and debate peacefully. This way, we can share our thoughts without hurting anyone.
