Japan’s plan to build the fastest supercomputer.
Japan wants to build a supercomputer, “Fugaku Next,” which will be 1000 times faster than the ones we have now. This fantastic machine will cost around Rs. 62,84,81,25,000 (sixty two arab eighty four crore eighty one lakh twenty five thousand)!
Its development will start in 2025 and be completed by 2030. It will be super-duper fast, doing millions of calculations every second!

Does India have supercomputers?
Yes, India has some super cool supercomputers! The fastest ones are called AI supercomputer AIRAWAT and PARAM Siddhi-AI. Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated three PARAM Rudra supercomputers.
