The Republic of India shall retain exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in relation to any disputes arising out of the use of the Website, including the Services.
Any litigation against the Company shall only be instituted in the courts of New Delhi after exhausting the grievance redressal clause mentioned above and the alternate dispute resolution clause mentioned in this Privacy Policy.
You and the Company agree that prior to either party filing a lawsuit regarding any claims under the Privacy Policy, by one party against the other related to the Website, shall engage in good faith pre-litigation mediation.
