The company said that the influencer's claims were unscientific, and he changed the facts and made false claims. Following this, he apologised and removed his Instagram post. Many people have seen and shared the video.</p><p>The video started a debate about whether the powdered drinks that are given to children are truly healthy or are simply packed with sugar and disguised as health drinks. Many food experts, doctors, and the media have joined this debate. These are reckless claims.</p><p>His status as a social media influencer does not qualify him to make such claims without providing any form of evidence. Mondelez should have asked him to submit data to back up his claim.</p><p>Mondelez says Bournvita has been created by a team of nutritionists and food experts. The company claims that each serve of 20 grams of Bournvita has 7.5 grams of added sugar, which is around one and a half teaspoons.</p><p>Now it’s up to individuals to decide whom they will trust. We suggest that you, together with your parents, read the list of ingredients and the label on the pack before consuming any health drink on a daily basis. You can also talk to your doctor about this.</p><h5>What happens when kids consume too much sugar?</h5><p>When children eat an excessive amount of sugar, their health may suffer. Too much sugar consumption in youngsters can raise the risk of tooth decay, leading to cavities and other dental disorders.</p><p>Excessive sugar consumption can lead to weight gain and obesity in youngsters. This can increase the chance of getting health problems later in life, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease. So, it is important to take care of your diet. Children must eat a balanced diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, grains, etc., to stay healthy.</p>
