The plan.

Revant Himatsingka’s goal is to teach millions of people about protein! Here’s how he plans to do it:

  • Teach 10 million parents and teachers about protein-related food and its importance so they can tell kids and others.
  • Start a campaign called Canteen Sudharega India to bring healthy protein food to schools and offices.
  • Celebrate National Protein Day and help 50 million people learn about protein.
  • Work with doctors to find the best tips for eating enough protein.
Importance of protein.

Our bodies need protein to grow, stay strong, and stay healthy. It helps:

  • Build and repair muscles.
  • Keep your skin, hair, and nails healthy.
  • Boost your energy and immune system.

If you don’t eat enough protein, you might feel tired, lose hair, or even stop growing properly!

Protein-rich foods.

Want to add protein to your plate? Here are some easy options:

  • For vegetarians: Lentils, peas, chickpeas, tofu, almonds, and peanuts.
  • For non-vegetarians: Eggs, fish, chicken, and prawns.

But remember, don’t eat too much! A balanced diet is key. With Revant Himatsingka’s plan, India can become healthier and stronger.
