      </figure> <p>The 95th edition of the Oscars was presented on 12th March 2023. The AMPAS gave the awards for the films released in 2022. The award ceremony was held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, United States of America (USA). </p>
<p>The movie ‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’ won Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Actress awards. Michelle Yeoh (for ‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’) made history as she became the first Asian woman to win the Oscar for best actress. Brendan Fraser won the Best Actor award for the film, ‘The Whale.’</p>

      </figure> <p>The song ‘Naatu Naatu’ from the movie ‘RRR’ won the award for Best Original Song. Chandrabose wrote the lyrics for the song. M.M. Keeravani created the music. The high-energy song was performed onstage during the awards ceremony as well. </p>
<p>That’s not all. ‘The Elephant Whisperer’ by Kartiki Gonsalves and Guneet Monga won an Oscar in the Best Documentary Short Film category (yay!).</p>
