Well, here's some EXCITING news! These favourite Indian chutneys are on the TasteAtlas "Top 100 Dips in the World" list.
Now, we can proudly say that Indian chutneys made from local ingredients are famous worldwide!

Where do we rank?

As a group, Indian chutneys have been ranked 42nd. TasteAtlas calls them "India's national condiments.”
For example, Coriander Chutney is at the 47th spot, Mango Chutney is at the 50th spot, and Tamarind Chutney is at the 52nd spot. You can check out the other Indian chutneys on the list here.
Toum, a Lebanese sauce generally served with Shawarma, is number one on the list.
