<h5>Who has released the list?</h5><p>TasteAtlas recently published a list of the 100 best cuisines in the world. <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.newsahoot.com/articles/indian-cuisine-ranks-in-the-list-of-best-cuisines-of-the-world">TasteAtlas</a> is like a global map of yummy traditional foods, local ingredients, and cool places to eat. Matija Babić, a journalist from Croatia, started TasteAtlas in 2015.</p><p>It took over three years to collect data and launch the website in 2018. The site gathers reviews from local experts and food critics.
