<h5>Who has released the list?</h5><p>Recently, a list ranking the 100 best cuisines in the world has been released by <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.newsahoot.com/articles/indian-cuisine-ranks-in-the-list-of-best-cuisines-of-the-world">TasteAtlas</a>. TasteAtlas is like a map of traditional foods, regional ingredients, and restaurants worldwide. They have listed over 10,000 foods and beverages.</p><p>Matija Babić, a Croatian journalist, started TasteAtlas in 2015. Before the project was launched in 2018, it took more than three years to collect data and build the website. The website serves as a collection of reviews from local experts and professional food critics.
