Disney+ just released a trailer for a brand-new animated Spider-Man series! It’s called ‘Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man’ and will have 10 fun episodes. The show starts on 29th January 2025.
The story follows Peter Parker, or Spider-Man, as he tries to balance being a superhero and going to school. The animation looks just like the old Spider-Man comics, so it will feel like a fun trip back to the past!
In this series, we get to see Peter’s first adventures. He meets other Marvel heroes and faces new challenges. Peter is voiced by Hudson Thames, and other actors like Colman Domingo, Hugh Dancy, and Charlie Cox voice different characters.

In this story, Peter’s journey as Spider-Man happens in an alternate timeline. Instead of Tony Stark (Iron Man), Peter is guided by Norman Osborn, who is also the villain Green Goblin and the father of Peter’s friend, Harry.
This show shows Peter struggling as a teenager. He deals with normal high school problems, like money issues, while also trying to save the day as Spider-Man!
We will see other cool Marvel characters like Daredevil and Doctor Strange, and villains like Doctor Octopus and Scorpion.
