<h2>What do we know about ChatGPT-4?</h2><p>In November 2022, OpenAI started public testing its new artificially intelligent chatbot, <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.newsahoot.com/articles/open-ai-releases-chat-gpt-an-ai-chatbot">ChatGPT</a>. Fast forward a few months, and the company has announced its latest chatbot, ChatGPT-4.</p><p>A chatbot is a software designed to replicate human dialogue in response to user input. In other words, if you ask for something, it will respond (just like a human!).</p><p>The older version of ChatGPT already captured users' attention as it answered almost any question users threw at it. But OpenAI says the latest model is much better. Technology enthusiasts are already enjoying exploring this new and improved chatbot.</p><h2>What’s new in ChatGPT-4?</h2><p>GPT-4 can process up to 25,000 words. This is roughly eight times more than the previous version. It can respond to both images and words and makes lesser factual errors. OpenAI claims that GPT-4 outperforms humans in several examinations (duh!).</p><p>Let's say you have a few ingredients like chicken, rice, potatoes, etc. Click a picture and send it to GPT-4. It will analyse the image and suggest a recipe for you to cook. The software can also create video games (games like Snake, Tetris, etc.).</p><p>Some users even uploaded drawings of websites they’d like GPT-4 to create, and voila! GPT-4 created a website that looked exactly like the drawing. Perhaps, OpenAI has outdone itself with GPT-4.</p><h2>How can you use ChatGPT-4?</h2><p>The new version will be available to ChatGPT subscribers who pay the $20 monthly fee to OpenAI (roughly ₹1600). The old version of ChatGPT can be used for free from here. Don’t forget to ask your parents, guardians or teachers before you create an account to use ChatGPT.</p><h2>Are there other chatbots available?</h2><p>Google has launched a chatbot similar to ChatGPT called Bard. Bard can assist with creative tasks, explain hard topics, and provide information from multiple internet sources. This chatbot can also help with various tasks like finding recipes, answering creative questions, etc.</p><p>Much like ChatGPT, Bard can reduce information from dozens of web pages into a few paragraphs (timesaver or lifesaver?). Bard is only available to limited users for now. Google will use the feedback from users to improve its chatbot further.</p><h2>What did we learn from this article?</h2><p>We learned how advanced AI has become and its many applications. New developments occur in this space every day, and we hope to see more incredible things soon.
