Rich countries save money and look "green."</p><p>Poorer countries take waste because it brings jobs. Some companies recycle plastic and sell it. But not all plastic can be used again. Some factories burn plastic, which makes the air dirty and people sick. Many poor countries do not get paid for taking waste. Instead, they make money from recycling.
