<h5>What is the UPSC exam?</h5><p>The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts the UPSC exam every year. UPSC conducts this exam to recruit various civil service positions for the Indian government. This exam is one of the toughest exams in the world. It is one of the most competitive and prestigious exams.</p><p>This exam is used to recruit high-ranking government officers such as the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and Indian Police Service (IPS). This exam is divided into three stages. There is a preliminary exam followed by a main exam. Those who pass the first two exams are called for a personality test (interview).</p><p>After passing all three rounds, a candidate is selected to serve as a high-ranking government official. Recently, the UPSC 2022 final results were announced.</p><h5>How was the performance of candidates in UPSC 2022?</h5><p>A total of 933 people have been suggested for jobs in various posts. Ishita Kishore has received All India Rank (AIR) 1 in the UPSC 2022 results. The top four rank holders on the list are girls (girl power!). Among the top ten in the 2022 results, six are female, while four are male. A lot of women are on the UPSC 2022 list.</p><p>This shows that women are rising in various sectors, including UPSC. There are many other inspirational success stories related to this year’s UPSC results.</p><p>Ram Bhajan Kumar of the Delhi Police is one of the candidates who passed this exam. He works as a head constable. He cleared this exam on his last attempt. Kumar studied six hours daily despite working as a head constable. UPSC officers are in charge of implementing various government policies. They also ensure that various government departments work smoothly.</p><p>UPSC officers also work closely with state governments to deliver public services to the people of our country. They also make key decisions about public welfare, maintaining law and order, and various developments.</p><p>UPSC officers also help manage various organisations under the central and state governments. In short, working as a UPSC officer is a difficult task. But, the candidates do it for the betterment of the country and society.</p><h5>What did we learn from this article?</h5><p>We learnt that working hard will bring you success. Not everybody has to become a UPSC officer. You can become whatever you want - a scientist, a teacher, or even a cricketer. However, you must put in a lot of effort to achieve it.
