'Paneer Momos' by Maulik

  • Refined flour (Maida)
  • Vegetables (Carrots, capsicum, cabbage, onion or any other vegetable you like)
  • Paneer
  • Soya sauce
  • Oil
  • Water

How to make: -

  1. Make a dough of refined flour.
  2. Make small balls of dough with the mixture of vegetables and paneer i.e., fill the balls of dough with the mixture.
  3. Take a steamer and fill its last level with water and glaze other levels with oil.
  4. Now, pinch the top of the filled dough balls to give them the correct shape and let the dough balls rest for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Then the dough balls in the steamer and let them steam for 15-20 minutes. 
  6. Enjoy your fresh, tasty and homemade paneer momos!
