Former President Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle, endorsed Kamala Harris at the Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Chicago, USA.
They told everyone to vote for her to help her win against Donald Trump and his party.
Barack and Michelle gave exciting speeches, saying nice things about Kamala and sharing their worries about Trump. They reminded everyone in the Democratic Party to keep working hard so they don’t lose the election!
The DNC is a big event at which members of the Democratic Party from all over the US come together to support their presidential and vice president (VP) candidates. Plans are also discussed on how to win the upcoming election.
2024 presidential elections.
The US elections will be held on 5th November 2024. Earlier, Biden ended his re-election campaign, and now he wants Kamala Harris, the current VP, to be the next president!

Meet Barack and Michelle Obama! Barack was the first African American president of the USA. He became president in 2008 and was chosen again in 2012.
Before being president, Barack went to two big schools, Columbia University and Harvard Law School. He worked as a lawyer and taught law. He was part of the Democratic Party.
Michelle was the first African American first lady. She attended Harvard Law School and met Barack at a law firm. They got married in 1992. Michelle did lots of wonderful things and helped many people!
