The Karnataka High Court (HC) became the first HC to hear arguments about a case from a speech and hearing-impaired lawyer who used a sign language interpreter.

The lawyer, Sarah Sunny, is also India’s first practising lawyer with a hearing disability. Such an inspiring person!
