India advances into the finals!
India defeated England, the defending champion, in the second semi-final of the ICC T20 World Cup (WC).
India batted first and scored 171 runs at the end of the first innings.
Next, it was India's bowlers' turn to show their skills, and they did great. They bowled out England for 103 runs, helping India advance to the finals.

Twenty teams played their best for a month to reach the World Cup finals. Now, only two teams, India and South Africa, are left to compete for the trophy.
Today, on 29th June 2024, both teams will play the final match to see who will win the trophy.
Can India end its ICC trophy drought?
India had a great tournament, finishing first in Group A and topping Super Eight - Group 1 to reach the semi-finals.
The players have been excellent throughout. Fans are hopeful India can keep playing well in the final and finally win the ICC trophy they've been waiting for.
But South Africa is a strong team and won't be easy to beat. They finished first in their groups during the league stage and the Super 8 round and defeated Afghanistan in the semi-final.
Let's hope India plays well against South Africa and wins the trophy. It would make us all proud as world champions!
Update: India has won the T20 World Cup. Sadly, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and Ravindra Jadeja have announced that they will no longer play international T20 cricket.
