  • Spinach
  • Besan/ chickpea flour (1 full cup)
  • Carom seeds/ ajwain (1 teaspoon)
  • Hing (half teaspoon)
  • Green chillies (optional)
  • Water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Super easy steps to make:

  1. Mix the spinach, besan, carom seeds, hing, green chillies (optional), salt, pepper and water together.
  2. Take the batter in lumps and carefully deep fry it, one by one, on medium heat.
  3. Serve it fresh, and enjoy!
