Mindfulness

Are things great?
Are things fine?
Ask yourself, from time to time!

Troubles will come,
And troubles will go,
So, remind yourself to take things slow!

Make time to chill,
And time to upwind.
This time to yourself helps clear the mind!

So, remember this,
If you feel stressed.
Slow your breath,
And practice mindfulness!
