She defeated China's Feng Zhou in the semifinal. However, she lost in the final against Japan's Ami Ishii.</p><p>Nisha's silver medal is her first major senior achievement. Her performance in this competition impressed everyone. In this year's event, wrestlers from India won one gold, three silvers, and ten bronze medals.</p><h5>How has Nisha Dahiya’s career been so far?</h5><p>Nisha Dahiya is a rising star in Indian wrestling. She was born in Haryana in 1998. When she was 13, she began training under her father at an akhada in Nidani, Jind, Haryana.</p><p>In 2021, she won a bronze medal at the World U-23 Wrestling Championships. She was, however, defeated in the bronze medal match at the 2022 World Wrestling Championships in Belgrade, Serbia. Despite this defeat, she worked hard and won a silver medal at the recently finished Asian Wrestling Championships.</p><h5>What did we learn from this article?</h5><p>We learned that winning and losing are both parts of our lives.
